RTF Meeting Highlights from May 7, 2021
Grad Senior Day
Can the Grad Seniors have a day or half day together which would combine students across cohort groups? We think yes IF:
- They are outside, distanced, and masked
- It was close to the end of school
- We communicate with all Sky families that they have been together
Lunchroom Summer Usage
Teatro ñ! can provide a certificate of insurance. We will work with them to decide on times during the weeks of July 5, 12, and 19 that they can use the building. We will designate a point of contact for them during the times they are occupying the building.
KNO Rehearsals
All participants in KNO videos need to adhere to established protocols including physical distancing. Videos will be reviewed to ensure protocols are being followed.
Garden Volunteer Protocol
We will create a one-page information sheet of our protocols to share with volunteers and master gardeners.
Statewide COVID-19 Testing Program from DHS
RTF reviewed information about a DHS COVID-19 testing program for schools. RTF members will present previously collected information about testing programs and consider options for onsite testing for the fall.
Vaccine Availability for 11-15 Year Olds
RTF will discuss if there will be updates to the current vaccination policy. We currently do not require vaccinations. RTF will seek insight and advice from a medical professional and will provide guidance to the Board.
