In his timely and provocative presentation on November 9 in Madison, Kohn explored recent research on the implications of the distinction between performance and learning for curriculum, motivation, and in-class assessment.

Goal-Setting Conferences are Friday, September 23 (no school). Each conference lasts about 15 minutes and includes your student.

New and returning Nest students and parents are invited to Room 100 and 102 for an Open House. Meet new families, check out the classrooms, and meet your Nester's classmates and teachers. The Open House lasts from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

School begins on Monday, August 29. We dismiss at noon during the first week of school. The Extended Day Program will be available from 12:00 to 5:45 p.m. on these days.
